I am a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
I studied with the world's top health and wellness experts.
For years, I struggled with stomach aches, bloating, constipation, and a nagging cough. Later, facing breast cancer forced me to confront the realities of my health and my life.
As I began learning more about how our bodies work, I realized that many aspects of my lifestyle were quietly working against me. The good news is that small, doable lifestyle changes can have a powerful impact. By making these changes, I was able to improve how I felt and address many of the health issues I had struggled with for years.
I know how frustrating it can be when you don’t know what to do or where to start. My goal is to help you understand the factors that may be holding you back from reaching your health goals. When we understand what’s happening in our bodies and lives, we become more empowered to make meaningful changes.
Together, we will explore the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you so you can improve your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
Each session is designed to leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We go beyond food to look at the bigger picture of your life, bringing balance to areas such as relationships, career, and personal well-being. I will personally guide you in making simple, manageable changes that can transform how you feel every day.

The Healthy Living Session
An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.
As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and we’ll navigate the world of contradictory nutrition and health advice together to explore what truly works for you.
